If you are looking to make the shift from indoor climbing to conquering outdoor top-rope routes on your own, Introduction to Anchor Building is the course for you! Tailored for climbers already proficient in top rope belaying and climbing, This course will help you take the next steps in your climbing journey, equipping you with the knowledge to confidently top rope climb outdoors on your own.

In this course you will learn:

• Crag safety

• Basic knots for anchors

• Anchor integrity 

• Bolt anchor construction

• Tree anchor construction

• Anchor threading and cleaning

Prerequisites:

• 6 months of top rope climbing and belaying experience
• Must be at least 14 years old
