Flexible Monthly EFT Membership

Initiation fees apply to all EFT memberships and will be added automatically as you select your membership option.
Prices include tax.

EFT Memberships can be frozen for a small fee or cancelled from the next billing date making it our most flexible option.
All cancellations and freezes take effect on the 12th of the month.
All membership cancellations and freezes must be submitted via your online profile on the Ground Up website, or on the iPad kiosks at the gym.
We do not offer refunds for payments on memberships which have not been cancelled/frozen on time.

Age limits apply to all membership options as follows:

Adults: 19+ yrs old
Youth: 5-18 yrs old
Senior: 60+ yrs old
Super Senior: 75+ yrs old

All memberships will be checked for correct age.
