Performance Development Team (PDT I/II/lll)

AGES: 9-14 (Youth D, Youth C, Youth B)

The Performance Development Team I/II is intended for young climbers who are interested in focusing their growth on performance climbing. In this program we are guiding/coaching self-motivated young athletes to discover and work on their full potential as indoor/outdoor rock climbers and/or competition climbers. This program is part of the “Learn to Train” and “Train to Train – learning to compete”.. Training will include technical, physical, tactical and mental skill development.

Climbers will be encouraged to participate in some in-house competitions as well as local competitions through the .

PREREQUISITES: 1 term of Recreational Program and/or Climbing Camp, no competition experience necessary. Through invitation or coach's approval.
