This is one of four courses in Ground Up's Rock Rescue Series. Throughout this 3 hour course, Rock Rescue Up and Down Systems covers rope rescue techniques focusing on:

• Tandem rappels
• Counterbalance rappels
• Ascending a rope

Prerequisites:

• 6 months climbing and belaying experience
• Reccommended for outdoor lead climbers
• Must be at least 16 years old
